You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Conceptualizing and designing creative assets for social media campaigns, brand promotions, advertisements, and marketing collateral. - Developing print-ready designs such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and event branding materials. - Creating motion graphics, GIFs, and short animations for social media, digital ads, and product explainer videos. - Collaborating with the marketing and content team to translate campaign briefs into impactful visual communication. - Maintaining brand consistency while exploring new creative directions to enhance visual storytelling. - Staying updated with design trends, animation tools, and creative best practices. - Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field. - 5+ years of professional experience in creative design (both digital and print). - Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, print design, and motion graphics/animations. - Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Animation/motion tools (After Effects, Blender, or equivalent). - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding. - Experience working in fast-paced agency/startup environments is a plus. - Ability to think creatively, adapt quickly, and deliver innovative ideas.
