Purpose of the Role

As a Graphic Designer at LBX Studios, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual voice of our clients and the agency itself.
You’ll collaborate with the creative, strategy, and marketing teams to translate ideas into stunning visuals that connect, inspire, and convert.

This role is perfect for someone who doesn’t just design — but conceptualizes, experiments, and crafts stories through visuals. You’ll be part of a fast-growing, multidisciplinary team that values originality, attention to detail, and fearless creativity.

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: #42, 4th Floor, 4th Main Road, Postal Colony, Sanjay Nagar, Bengaluru – 560094

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling stories.
You’ll be the creative force behind our brand visuals crafting designs that not only look stunning but also communicate clearly, connect emotionally, and stay true to each brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team and clients to translate ideas and briefs into innovative visual concepts.
• Design Execution: Develop a range of design deliverables from logos, branding systems, and social media creatives to marketing collaterals, print assets, and digital ads.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold and evolve visual guidelines to maintain a cohesive identity across all touchpoints.
• Software Expertise: Work confidently across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma to bring concepts to life.
• Feedback & Refinement: Integrate team and client feedback seamlessly to elevate the final output.
• Creative Evolution: Stay inspired keeping up with global design trends, tools, and emerging aesthetics to keep your work fresh and forward-thinking.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of ownership in every project.

Additional Details

• Probation: 6 months (salary applicable during probation; revised post-confirmation).
• Leave Policy: LOP + 1 CL Per Month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
