▌Job Description Job title: Graphic Designer Salary: upto 3 - 4.5 LPA (variable) Hours: 10:00 am to 06:00 pm Location: #42, 4th floor, 4th main road, Postal Colony, Sanjay Nagar, Bengaluru -560094 Purpose of the position The purpose of the Graphic Designer position is to conceive and craft visually striking design solutions that resonate with our clients' objectives, effectively convey their messages, and maintain brand consistency. Key responsibilities & duties Responsibilities: Visual Conceptualization: Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines to develop creative concepts. Design Execution: Create a wide range of design assets, including but not limited to logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, print collateral, and digital advertisements. Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to bring your creative concepts to life. Branding: Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all design projects to ensure a cohesive visual identity. Creative Problem Solving: Provide innovative design solutions while adhering to project timelines and budgets. Feedback Incorporation: Accept and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and improve design concepts. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure your designs are fresh and effective. Additional job description: No LOPs. Salary under probation for a period of 3 months; increase in salary after 3 months. Work experience & skills Experience and knowledge of After effects,figma, illustrator Requirements: . Proficiency in using editing platforms,editing tools, and related softwares. . Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients. . Ability to work under pressure, maintain composure in fast-paced trading environments, and make quick decisions.. . High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to compliance.
