Overview

Graphic Designer (1 to 2 years of experience)

Location

Responsibilities

Create engaging designs for
ads, social media, email campaigns, labels & collaterals
Support
performance marketing campaigns
, designing ad variations for A/B testing
Work with
marketing & sales teams
to align visuals with campaign goals
Maintain
brand consistency
across platforms while adapting to trends
Contribute to
brand strategy
with innovative design concepts
Refine designs based on team feedback and campaign performance
(Optional) Create short-form videos/motion graphics to boost engagement

Requirements

Experience:
12 years in graphic design (digital-first experience preferred)
Education:
Bachelors in Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field

Skills:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Figma/Canva for fast-paced design
Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual detail
Ability to balance creativity with
performance-driven goals
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
Strong oral and written communication in English
