Effora is a fast-growing premium D2C brand in personal care (beauty, wellness, fitness). We’re looking for a Creative Designer Head who can bring visual art to life with timeless, impactful design.
• Design static creatives, 2D & 3D motion videos, website UI, and video edits.
• Lead brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing & product teams for campaigns.
• Ensure premium aesthetics aligned with D2C standards.
• 4–5 years of experience in D2C premium/lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio in design, motion, UI, and video editing.
• Mastery of tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro (Cinema4D/Blender is a plus).
• Ability to blend creativity with functionality and brand storytelling.
• Salary above market.
• Work closely with the Founder’s Office.
• High ownership, creative freedom, and chance to shape a fast-scaling D2C brand.
