Creative Designer

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will blend artistic creativity with technical proficiency, specializing in graphic design, motion graphics, and editing. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to transform concepts into visually appealing assets.

Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:

  Create visually compelling graphics for various digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and marketing collaterals.

• Motion Graphics:

  Design and animate engaging motion graphics for videos, presentations, and digital advertisements.

• Video Editing:

  Edit and enhance video content with a focus on storytelling, pacing, and visual continuity.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the creative team and stakeholders to understand project requirements, conceptualize ideas, and deliver high-quality designs on time.

• Brand Consistency:

  Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all design assets.

• Feedback Incorporation:

  Iterate designs based on feedback from internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Software Proficiency:

  Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create and edit designs and motion graphics effectively.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both static and motion graphics.

• Skills:

  Proficient in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Strong understanding of video editing techniques and motion graphics animation.

• Creativity:

  Ability to think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.

• Communication:

  Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Time Management:

  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.

• Adaptability:

  Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques in graphic design and motion graphics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
