Creative Design Lead

As a Creative Design Lead at Sundew, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing creative strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance brand identity across various visual touchpoints. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the design team delivers high-quality, user-centered design solutions across all projects. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members. - Identify skill gaps and provide training and development opportunities for the team. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into effective design solutions. - Participate in hands-on design tasks, including UI and UX design, utilizing Adobe tools, Figma, and Web Flow to create compelling design assets and prototypes. - Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into the product development process. The ideal candidate for this position will have: - 12+ years of hands-on design experience - A strong portfolio showcasing creative work - Proven experience in managing a design team - Proficiency in Adobe tools, Figma, and Web Flow - An excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design methodologies If you possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with the ability to think strategically and creatively with a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.
