About the Role We are looking for a Senior Designer / Creative Lead (6+ years experience) to take on a unique dual role acrossBrun our streetwear brand andRoyal Classic Mills (RCM), our global apparel group. This is a rare opportunity to blend individuality with leadership : shaping capsule collections and storytelling forBrun, while also leading curated seasonal ranges forRCM's international clients. Key Responsibilities Lead seasonal collections forBrun(streetwear + lifestyle) with a focus onstorytelling across apparel, lookbooks & campaigns. Drivecurated ranges for RCM's global clients, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and commercial needs. Research trends and forecast global directions in streetwear and retail. Developmoodboards, CADs, color palettes, style sketches & tech packs. Present collections to clients and buyers, while managing approvals. Mentor junior designers, oversee workflow, and maintain design consistency. Collaborate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to bring ideas to life. Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion, Knitwear, or Graphic Design (NIFT/NID preferred). 6+ years in fashion/apparel design with client-facing experience. Strong portfolio that coversstreetwear/retail/export brand work Proven ability toidentify trendsand translate them into relevant design stories. Strongpresentation and communication skillsfor buyer meetings. Knowledge of fabrics, trims, washes, and garment construction Leadership skills to guide teams and manage projects end-to-end Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (CLO 3D is a plus)
