Executive & Personal Support Manage the Founders’ calendars, meetings, and travel plans with precision. Handle correspondence, calls, and emails with the utmost confidentiality. Prepare briefs, presentations, and meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups. Act as the first point of contact for internal teams, business partners, and VIPs. Organize and maintain structured records and documentation. 2. Villa & Lifestyle Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the Founders’ villa, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards. Supervise household staff, security, drivers, and external vendors. Manage procurement of supplies, home essentials, and hospitality arrangements.
