Role Description

Creative Design Executive

The Creative Design Executive will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative visuals, branding materials, and packaging concepts for our luxury hampers. The role involves maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic, elevating visual storytelling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create designs aligned with Titlli’s ethos.

Responsibility

• Create engaging graphics, branding elements, and packaging concepts for luxury gift hampers.
• Develop design assets for social media, website, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
• Ensure cohesive and consistent visual aesthetics across all brand touchpoints.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize new design ideas that elevate the luxury gifting experience.
• Lead creative projects from concept to final execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and operations teams for design alignment.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, colors, and luxury aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey creative ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in illustrations and Graphic Design to develop visually appealing materials.
• Experience in Branding to ensure consistent and impactful messaging through visual elements.
• Project Management skills to organize, plan, and deliver creative projects on time.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and innovate within the luxury and corporate gifting space.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus.
