SkinInspired is a dermatologist-led, science-backed luxury skincare brand committed to elevating India's skincare standards with clinically validated formulations, premium packaging, and a consumer-first philosophy and is Backed by Unilever Ventures, We are looking for a high-calibre Copywriter who can translate science into compelling storytelling, craft conversion-driven narratives, and maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.

Role Description

This role demands a strategic thinker with strong creative intuition.You will develop sharp, consumer-centric communication that enhances brand affinity, drives sales, and strengthens SkinInspired's premium persona across digital, social, and retail channels.

Responsibilities

1.Brand & Creative Communication:

  • Develop crisp, compelling, premium copy for campaigns, ads, and product launches.
  • Maintain and evolve SkinInspired's luxury-scientific brand voice across platforms.
  • Write long-form content such as blogs, founder notes, SOPs, articles, and PR stories.
  • Craft storytelling-led scripts for reels, UGC content, and founder-led videos.

2.Performance & Conversion :

  • Write high-impact ad copy for Meta, Google, and marketplace listings.
  • Optimise copy for CTR, conversions, AOV uplift, and repeat purchase triggers.
  • Develop copy frameworks for landing pages, category pages, and PDPs.

3.Social media and Community :

  • Create hooks, captions, meme copy, and narrative-led carousel content.
  • Build strong storytelling threads for content series like Uncomfortable Questions, Prove Me Wrong, etc.
  • Support influencer briefs with clear, structured messaging guidelines.
  • Draft outer-box messaging, refill system communication, and brand claims.

4.Research & Strategic inputs

  • Convert complex dermatological science into consumer-friendly language.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis to inform creative output.
  • Collaborate with product, design, performance, and founder teams for aligned communication.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of copywriting experience in beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, or D2C sectors.
  • Strong command over English with the ability to write in multiple tones (luxury, educational, etc).
  • Ability to convert technical skincare information into simple, high-impact messaging.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel projects.
  • Understanding of skincare trends, ingredients, and consumer behaviour (preferred).
  • Experience writing high-performing social and ad copy (strong advantage).
