The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, able to craft engaging copy, develop quirky and impactful reel concepts, and ideate strong campaign ideas. You should be up-to-date with the latest trends, have a knack for referencing, and bring fresh creative thinking to every brief.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop compelling copy for social media posts, campaigns, reels, and digital content.

- Ideate creative concepts and brand ideas that align with client objectives.

- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account teams to bring concepts to life.

- Conduct research and gather references to support content ideas and creative directions.

- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into relevant content strategies.

- Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content across multiple digital platforms.

- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide fresh, out-of-the-box ideas.

- Ensure timely delivery of all copy requirements while maintaining quality and creativity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in creative copywriting, social media content creation, or research-led writing.

* Highly social media savvy with strong knowledge of current trends and formats.

* Strong brainstorming skills with the ability to generate multiple ideas quickly.

* Bonus: Prior experience working in a digital or creative agency.
