About the Role:

You will be responsible for crafting engaging, concise, and platform-specific copy across various marketing channels, including social media, emails, ads, and video scripts. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional storytelling skills, a strong understanding of audience behavior, and the ability to create impactful messaging that drives engagement and conversions. This role involves close collaboration with designers, marketers, and strategists to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create concise and engaging copy for social media posts, captions, and hashtags tailored to specific platforms.
  • Develop creative campaign concepts and taglines that resonate with target audiences.
  • Write compelling email subject lines and content to boost open and click-through rates.
  • Craft attention-grabbing banner copy that aligns with visual elements and drives action.
  • Develop performance-driven copy for digital ads, including Google Ads, social media ads, and display campaigns.
  • Write impactful CTAs and short-form ad copy to maximize conversions.
  • Conceptualize and script engaging video content, such as promotional videos, explainer videos, and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with design and video production teams to align scripts with visuals and tone.
  • Write crisp and persuasive copy for print marketing materials like leaflets and brochures.
  • Tailor messaging for different stages of the customer journey to ensure relevance and alignment with target audiences.
  • Optimize copy for performance metrics, such as CTRs, conversions, and engagement.
  • Partner with designers, marketers, and strategists to brainstorm campaign ideas and messaging strategies.
  • Ensure tone and voice consistency across all touchpoints while adhering to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within an agency or marketing team.
  • Proven expertise in crafting copy for diverse formats, including social media, emails, ads, and video scripts.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with a knack for creating memorable and impactful messaging.
  • Familiarity with digital performance metrics and the ability to write copy optimized for conversion.
  • Strong understanding of audience behavior across platforms (social, email, print, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the e-learning/ed-tech industry is a plus.
