Role Overview

The intern will collaborate directly with our founder and content team to support

Content Ideation

• Develop fresh concepts for short-form content
• Identify strong hooks, insights, and narratives
• Suggest new ways to communicate fitness, wellness and founder-life topics

Script & Concept Development

• Write short scripts, hooks, prompts, and outlines
• Convert raw ideas into clear content structures
• Support the visual direction (framing, tone, simplicity)

Creative Direction

• Provide suggestions on how content should be shot
• Offer direction notes for editors on pacing, transitions, & storytelling
• Ensure consistency with our brand tone and visual identity

Research & Insight Gathering

• Track conversations, themes, and real challenges across TLC & RenewU communities
• Conduct lightweight research on content trends and formats
• Translate customer insights into meaningful content ideas
