Creative Associate

As a Creative Associate at Giggling Monks Media, you will play a vital role in shaping innovative ideas for video ads, campaigns, and branded content. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Generating original and engaging ideas that captivate audiences and stand out in the digital space. - Participating in collaborative brainstorming sessions to contribute insights and creativity to the team. - Staying updated on pop culture trends, meme formats, and viral content to ensure relevance in our creative work. - Supporting projects from conceptualization to execution to maintain the creative integrity of the content. - Assisting in the preparation of pitch decks and moodboards using Canva and Google Slides to impress clients. - Collaborating closely with writers, editors, directors, and the Business Development team to bring concepts to fruition. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with: - 6 months to 1 year of experience in a creative or advertising role. - A passion for storytelling and advertising, particularly in the realm of video ads. - A keen interest in culture, trends, internet humor, and brand-related work. - Proficiency in using Canva and Google Workspace tools like Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive. - Proactive attitude, curiosity, and strong communication skills. Additionally, it would be a bonus if you: - Have prior experience in creating reels or content for Instagram. - Have a background in Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, or Fine Arts (though not mandatory). This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. The work schedule is during the day with the possibility of performance and quarterly bonuses.
