Creative Associate

You are someone with strong creative skills and a passion for storytelling. You will be crafting the story of a travel and lifestyle accessories brand through social media and other organic marketing media. If you specialize in showcasing products in ways that captivate audiences and drive engagement, this role is for you. You will play a critical role in shaping how Custo connects with its audience. Your responsibilities will include building and executing a creative and engaging social media strategy for Custo, developing and maintaining a content calendar aligned with the brand's goals, establishing the brand identity for Custo, helping define the brand's voice and personality across platforms, managing product and model photoshoots for the website, social media, and other marketing channels, scouting and collaborating with creators/influencers to create content for ads and social media campaigns, participating in content creation for social media and ads, and planning product launches including teasers, countdowns, influencer partnerships, and launch-day content. This position is ideal for a high-energy individual who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable on camera, and excels at managing multiple tasks even with minimal direction. If you can think strategically, work independently, and bring a fresh perspective, and have excellent communication skills, previous experience working with D2C brands, and are well-versed with social media platforms, we would love to hear from you! Your role can be expanded tremendously based on your skill set and interests. Your understanding of the brand and its audience will be key to your success in this position.
