Creative Specialist

As a candidate for the role of crafting the story of a travel and lifestyle accessories brand through social media and other organic marketing media, your main responsibility will be to showcase products in ways that captivate audiences and drive engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and executing a creative and engaging social media strategy for Custo - Developing and maintaining a content calendar aligned with the brand's goals - Establishing the brand identity for Custo and defining the brand's voice and personality across various platforms - Managing product and model photoshoots for the website, social media, and other marketing channels - Scouting and collaborating with creators/influencers for content creation for ads and social media campaigns - Participating in content creation behind the scenes and in front of the camera - Planning product launches including teasers, countdowns, influencer partnerships, and launch-day content The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can think strategically, work independently, and offer a fresh perspective. Skills required include excellent communication skills, previous experience working with D2C brands, and familiarity with social media platforms. Your role has the potential for expansion based on your skill set and interests, with understanding of the brand and its audience being crucial for success.
