As a Creative Associate at our organization, you will be a vital member of the marketing team, contributing to the development and maintenance of our brand identity. Your primary responsibilities will involve creating and implementing various creative materials that resonate with our core mission, vision, and values, ensuring a cohesive brand image across all communication platforms. Your duties will include supporting the establishment of the hospital's brand identity through the design of logos, taglines, and visual guidelines. You will also be responsible for producing creative assets for digital, print, and social media channels, such as brochures, posters, advertisements, and banners. Collaboration with the marketing team will be essential as you work on crafting compelling visuals and narratives that effectively communicate the hospital's unique story, values, and services. Additionally, you will play a role in brainstorming and executing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engage with patients. Proficiency in design software tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential for this role. Familiarity with video editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects, would be advantageous. A basic understanding of web design principles will also be beneficial in fulfilling the requirements of this position.
