Creative Associate (Full-Time, On-Site | Okhla, Delhi)

Looking for a partner in creative crime. Someone who can think, write, pitch, and shape campaigns from scratch.

At Xperia Group, we’re building a powerhouse of ideas — from ad films to reels, from client decks to big-picture pitches — and we need a mind that moves fast and writes sharp.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work with the founder & core team to conceptualize campaign ideas, write scripts, and crack DVCs, digital ads, and brand stories

• Convert rough thoughts into structured creative briefs

• Sit in on client calls, build pitch decks, and chase that one great line

• Help shape the narrative across visual + verbal storytelling

Who you are:

• You’ve done this before — as a copywriter, brand planner, strategist, or creator

• Comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight ideas

• Can write in Hinglish, Hindi, English — whatever the campaign needs

• Love collaborating, pitching, and building from chaos

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
