Creative Art Director

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain

  Caarabi’s visual identity

  across all platforms.
• Design marketing materials, including

  social media content, packaging, website assets, and promotional campaigns.

• Collaborate with the Video, marketing and retail teams to craft engaging

  brand storytelling.

• Oversee the execution of

  ad campaigns, email marketing, and digital experiences.

• Manage and align creative projects using structured workflows (e.g.,

  Gantt charts

  ).
• Work closely with the founders to ensure designs align with

  brand strategy and goals.

• Ensure high-quality execution of product packaging, retail displays, and event branding.
• Stay ahead of

  design trends

  to continuously enhance the brand’s visual appeal.

Requirements

• Degree or experience in

  Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma

• Experience in

  branding, advertising, and digital content creation.

• Strong

  storytelling

  ability through visuals and typography.
• Organized with a

  keen eye for detail, color, and aesthetics.

• Ability to

  work under deadlines

  and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Experience in

  luxury, lifestyle, or F&B industries is a plus.
