KURIKKAL GROUP – NOW HIRINGPosition: CRE cum Sales ExecutiveLocation: Kaira Fabrics & Leathers

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive cum Sales Executive to join our team at Kaira Fabrics & Leathers, a branch of the Kurikkal Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers — managing inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to promote loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and personalized service.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential customers through calls, visits, and digital platforms.
  • Present products and services effectively, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales, achieving individual and team targets.
  • Prepare and update sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records regularly.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Manage post-sales processes, including payment follow-ups and documentation.
  • Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Qualification & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
