Join the mission to safeguard the business and customers from financial crime risks and enjoy competitive benefits and opportunities for career growth within the banking industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain databases efficiently, handling tables, views, SQL queries, and data transformations. - Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making. - Utilize data visualization and analytics tools such as Python, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, Power BI, or Qlik. - Ensure awareness of the risk and control environment, maintaining compliance with operational risk standards and policies. - Lead and coordinate data migration and transformation initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and compliance throughout the process. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong knowledge of risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital technology. - Experience in assessing the integrity and effectiveness of the bank's internal control framework. - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to improve control effectiveness through documentation and assessment. - Proficiency in identifying weaknesses within internal controls for continuous improvement and risk mitigation. - Capability to develop reports and communicate key findings from risk assessments to stakeholders.
