Crash Triage Lead
Role Summary
The Crash Triage Lead will own the end-to-end stability and crash triage function for Qualcomm platforms, ensuring high-quality root cause analysis, timely closure, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage crash triage operations
- Own prioritization and escalation handling
- Review and approve RCAs
- Drive process and tooling improvements
- Interface with Qualcomm and internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in embedded systems
- Strong Linux kernel and BSP expertise
- Proven leadership in debugging teams
- Excellent technical communication
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, ECE, or related field
