CQA Officer

As a Corporate Quality Assurance Officer, your role involves preparing and circulating monthly and quarterly MIS reports, including Mancom data, food safety, and product complaints. You will be responsible for analyzing data to identify improvement areas and ensuring timely report circulation. Additionally, you will conduct monthly product evaluations, devise sampling procedures for CQI evaluation, and review reports from external labs for finished goods and water as per guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and circulate monthly and quarterly MIS reports, including Mancom data, food safety, and product complaints - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and ensure timely circulation of reports - Conduct monthly product evaluations, analyze the results, and prepare evaluation reports - Devise sampling procedures for CQI evaluation at region and report quality data as per norms - Review reports from external labs for finished goods and water based on internal and FSSAI guidelines - Monitor and report on regulatory compliance activities - Coordinate product approval with stakeholders - Manage document systems to control and circulate manuals as needed - Ensure timely readiness of stencils for existing and new products according to SOPs Qualification Required: - MSc. in Food Technology or equivalent - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar domain Desired Competencies: - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Familiarity with FSSAI regulations and other legal/statutory requirements - Flexible approach to routine scheduling Please note that performing other duties as assigned is also part of the role.,
