RATE: USD 4.25–7.25 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and execute email outreach campaigns to leads and existing clients
• Build and maintain marketing funnels, including proper tagging and segmentation for audience targeting
• Enter newsletters, promotions, and customer data into KEAP (Infusionsoft) CRM system
• Generate regular reports to track invoices and follow up on pending payments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness
• Continuously improve marketing automation processes based on analytics and performance metrics

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems, KEAP (Infusionsoft) experience is required
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and tag management
• Proficiency in creating automated workflows and campaign sequences
• Experience in generating performance reports and analysing campaign metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with invoice tracking or basic payment follow-up procedures is a plus
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
