HOURS/WEEK: 10 hours/week SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST SHIFT HOURS: 12 PM to 2 PM SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday NUMBER OF VAs: 1 LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English ACCENT PREFERENCE: Neutral RATE: USD 4.25–7.25 per hour RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and execute email outreach campaigns to leads and existing clients Build and maintain marketing funnels, including proper tagging and segmentation for audience targeting Enter newsletters, promotions, and customer data into KEAP (Infusionsoft) CRM system Generate regular reports to track invoices and follow up on pending payments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness Continuously improve marketing automation processes based on analytics and performance metrics QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems, KEAP (Infusionsoft) experience is required Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and tag management Proficiency in creating automated workflows and campaign sequences Experience in generating performance reports and analysing campaign metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Familiarity with invoice tracking or basic payment follow-up procedures is a plus Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments APPLICATION SOFTWARE REQUIRED: Keap/Infusionsoft CLIENT INDUSTRY: Travel Agency
