Job Description

  • Courseware Developer
We are seeking an experienced Courseware developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-Learning, ILT /vILT, Courseware development, and Media Integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging E-Learning experiences using SCORM compliant platforms.

Location

-Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Coimbatore & Indore

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality E-Learning content using various tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive courseware.
  • Integrate multimedia elements such as audio and video to enhance the learning experience.
  • Ensure seamless integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliant platforms.
  • Develop and implement video overlays and other visual effects to enhance the learning experience.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of E-Learning content.
  • Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure the highest standards of E-Learning content.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in E-Learning, ILT /vILT, Courseware development, and Media Integration.
  • Strong understanding of SCORM compliant platforms and LMS integration.
  • Proficiency in E-Learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
