Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Course Sales Executive, located in Kozhikode. The Course Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling courses offered by GP Academy LLP. Day-to-day tasks involve reaching out to potential students, providing detailed information on available courses, handling inquiries, and guiding students through the enrollment process. The role will also include maintaining strong relationships with students and providing ongoing support to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Malayalam (English fluency is an add-on)
• Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Client Management especially in the education sector
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of the education industry and course offerings is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
