Course Content Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Course Content Developer who can leverage AI tools and digital applications to design, develop, and deliver customized learning programs tailored to client-specific needs. The ideal candidate will gather requirements from clients, transform them into engaging course content, and implement it on Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to collect detailed requirements and understand learning objectives.
• Design and develop course content, modules, and learning activities using AI-powered tools.
• Create training materials, presentations, assessments, and interactive content leveraging Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications.
• Implement, test, and manage content on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ensure content aligns with client-specific needs, industry standards, and best practices in instructional design.
• Continuously update and optimize courses using AI insights, learner feedback, and analytics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate multimedia, graphics, and other interactive elements into courses.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and educational technologies to enhance course quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online course deployment.
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements into engaging learning experiences.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in applying new tools and technologies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
