Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end Coupa support, addressing user issues, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
Assist in configuration, testing, and deployment of Coupa features and integrations.
Conduct training sessions and create user guides to improve adoption and efficiency.
Analyze recurring issues and propose process or system improvements.
Monitor system performance, workflows, and data accuracy to ensure optimal usage.
Stay updated with Coupa releases and new functionalities to leverage enhancements for business benefit.
Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for escalations and system maintenance.

Skills Required:

Strong working knowledge of Coupa platform (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, or Expenses modules).
Familiarity with SAP Ariba, P2P processes, or other procurement systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and quality.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Basic understanding of finance or procurement operations preferred.
