About the Role

Corporate Salary Manager (CSM – Service)

Key Responsibilities

Acquire
new corporate salary accounts
by identifying and onboarding new corporates.
Strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients to deepen wallet share.
Drive monthly sales targets and ensure consistent productivity of BDEs.
Conduct onground activities within corporates to enhance visibility and business.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions on CRM.
Ensure compliance with
KYC, SEBI, and bank policies
.
Drive crosssell of banking products to mapped customers.
Manage BDE incentives and productivity tracking.

Qualifications

Graduate with up to 10 years of experience
OR
MBA with minimum 3 years of experience.
Experience in corporate sales, salary accounts, CASA sales, or BFSI field sales preferred.

Role Proficiencies

Strong communication skills (English & local language).
Excellent lead generation and conversion ability.
High sales orientation and target-driven approach.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good presentation skills and high integrity.
Strong market and competition awareness.
