Job Description

Coupa Administrator

This position requires hands-on Coupa administration experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with a distributed team.

Fulltime Contractual role (3-6 months) - 8 hrs in a day

Shift - Tentative - 2pm-11pm

3+yrs experience

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Coupa Administrator or in a similar Coupa support role.
  • Strong understanding of Coupa functionalities and configurations.
  • Hands-on experience with

    CLMA (Contract Lifecycle Management Applications)

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Navan

    or other travel & expense systems.
  • Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoicing, or Expense Management modules.
  • Knowledge of system integrations and data flows between ERP and Coupa (NetSuite, Workday, or similar).
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Exposure to Coupa Analytics module is a plus.
