Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for end-to-end procurement of FMCG categories, ensuring timely sourcing,

best pricing, and quality compliance while maintaining vendor relations and supporting smooth store

operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure FMCG products as per demand and assortment plans.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors; negotiate prices, credit terms & contracts.

• Monitor stock levels, lead times, and ensure timely replenishment.

• Conduct market research for pricing, trends, and new product opportunities.

• Coordinate with stores, warehouse, finance & merchandising teams.

• Maintain purchase records, PO accuracy, and vendor performance KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate preferred (MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain is an advantage).

• 8-10 years of FMCG procurement experience.

• Strong negotiation, analytical skills & vendor management expertise.

• Knowledge of supply chain, pricing, and inventory fundamentals.
