What you will do?

As the Country Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations across countries for our customers. This role involves coordinating with multi geography based vendor partners and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient pick up, last mile delivery operations and procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee destination pick up to delivery operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with delivery partners and schedule last-mile deliveries
• Track deliveries, address last-minute challenges, and ensure smooth operations
• Explore network solutions, considering current and potential volumes across lanes
• Develop a new partner network and conduct carrier-wise performance assessments
• Procure commercials with current and potential vendors
• Drive daily execution based on SOPs and update SOPs to enhance operational performance

What are we looking for?

• Educational Qualification: Graduation/ post-graduation , Tier 1 MBA
• Professional Qualification: 7-9 years of relevant work experience, with managerial experience preferred
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Vendor Relationship: Ability to build strong working relationships with key vendors
• Data-based Decision Making: Proficient in data-based decision-making with a keen eye for details
• Language Skills: Proficient written and verbal English language skills
