Country Head Hospitality, Asset Management & BD

As a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, your role will involve leading strategic partnerships by identifying and evaluating hotel partners aligned with Adanis hospitality vision. You will be responsible for structuring, negotiating, and closing management, franchise, and lease agreements with top hotel operators, ensuring optimal commercial terms. Additionally, you will drive long-term asset planning, including CapEx, renovations, repositioning, and value enhancement initiatives. Monitoring portfolio performance through key KPIs such as RevPAR, GOP, NOI, reviewing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring the delivery of financial objectives will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Acting as the primary liaison with hotel owners and investment partners, you will lead performance reviews, handle escalations, and build long-term trust. Identifying and evaluating new hospitality development opportunities and growth markets across India will be essential for business development. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you guide cross-functional teams for project execution, financial review, legal coordination, and partner engagement. Ensuring compliance with legal, brand, and regulatory standards for all agreements and developments will also fall under your purview. You should hold an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification in business, finance, or hospitality. Professional certifications or executive education in hospitality strategy or asset management are preferred. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, or asset management, including a minimum of 10 years in a senior executive role with exposure to hospitality agreements and P&L accountability, you are the ideal candidate for this position. Desirably, you have served as the Head of Asset Management, Commercial, or Development with a global hotel brand or hospitality investment platform.,
