Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience is accepted. Preferred qualifications include General Manager experience in a limited or full-service property, willingness to work flexible hours, and a demonstrated career growth in the property industry. Your tasks will involve developing business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share, executing these plans effectively, collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team on revenue strategies, and creating a high-performance Executive Committee.
