The OHSSAI Foundation is a not-for-profit organization exclusively for Heads of HSE&S and Top Management who are decision-making leaders in their organization. Our unique platform aims at enhancing HSE&S culture through various industrial, corporate, social, and community initiatives. Our mission is to prevent illness, save human life, protect the environment for sustainable development of the nation. Role Description

The OHSSAI Foundation is seeking a full-time Country Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and executing various national-level HSE&S initiatives. This hybrid role will be located in Thane and will allow for some remote work. The Country Coordinator will report to the Director Operations of OHSSAI and will work closely with the OHSSAI Board Members. The Country Coordinator will be responsible for managing projects, developing policies and procedures, organizing meetings and events, and communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating and organizing events and meetings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Graduate with 3 to 4 years of experience in NGO's can apply.
