The role involves assisting customers, explaining our range of perfumes and home fragrances, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant in-store experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers visiting the store Explain and recommend products based on customer needs Handle billing, POS operations, and cash management Pack products neatly and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store Manage stock on shelves and report low inventory Support day-to-day retail operations as required Requirements Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Good communication skills and a courteous attitude Ability to learn about products and guide customers confidently Basic knowledge of billing or POS systems (training will be provided) Punctual, trustworthy, and well-presented
