As we expand our reach through events, stalls, online orders, and retail partnerships, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to grow our presence and build strong customer relationships. Role Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer interactions, expanding brand visibility, and handle counter sales. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Customer Engagement Engage with customers at the store and on-ground activations. Explain our product quality, sourcing, and brand story to drive sales. Handle customer queries, feedback, and ensure a positive experience. 2. Order & Inventory Coordination Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order preparation and delivery. Monitor stock levels at stalls and ensure availability of all items. 3. Marketing & Brand Promotion Support the marketing team in executing local promotions. Promote brand messages such as “Proudly serving Tricity ’s best mutton, sourced directly from Rajasthan.” 4. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily sales records and customer data. Share weekly sales reports, KPIs, and revenue performance updates.
