Key Responsibilities: Sales: Greet customers and understand their mobile phone and accessory requirements Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers Achieve monthly sales targets for mobile phones, accessories, and related products Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue Handle cash and digital payment transactions accurately Maintain product knowledge of latest mobile models and features Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Handle customer queries and complaints professionally Assist customers with mobile phone setup and basic troubleshooting Coordinate with service team for repairs and warranty claims
