Counter Sales Executive ITI And Networking

Key Responsibilities · Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries and purchases. · Provide accurate product information, recommendations, and demonstrations. · Handle billing, cash management, POS operations, and daily sales reports. · Perform basic troubleshooting of systems, devices, and network connections. · Support installation, configuration, and connectivity of devices as required. · Maintain stock levels, product display, and counter cleanliness. · Coordinate with the technical/operations team for repairs and service requests. · Assist with warranty claims, customer complaints, and service escalations. · Promote new products, offer, and upsell relevant accessories. Requirements · ITI qualification (Electronics / Electrical / Computer Hardware / Networking). · Basic to intermediate networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, connectivity setup). · 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, electronics counters, or support roles. · Strong communication and customer-handling skills. · Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language. · Familiarity with billing software / POS systems. · Ability to work in rotational shifts as needed. Preferred Skills · Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals & cables. · Experience in troubleshooting gaming consoles, PCs, or CCTV systems (optional). · Good problem-solving and service-oriented mindset.
