🕒 Working Hours:

Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sat: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2 Saturdays off/month)

💰 Salary: Competitive & negotiable based on experience/ freshers 30-45k

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Counselor/Senior Counselor - Admissions & Outreach. The primary responsibilities include counseling prospective students and their families, conducting presentations, organizing outreach activities, and managing admissions queries. The role involves assisting students through the admission process, maintaining accurate records, and working collaboratively with the admissions team to reach enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in counseling and outreach activities
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in using CRM and admissions management software
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of the educational sector and admissions processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
