Counselor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Ahmedabad. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients, conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, assessing client needs, developing personalized action plans, and maintaining accurate records. The Counselor will also collaborate with other team members to facilitate client progress and ensure that the client's overall well-being is prioritized.

• Experience in providing one-on-one and group counseling sessions
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records
• Empathy and understanding in client interactions
• Ability to collaborate with team members for effective client progress
• Relevant certifications or licenses in counseling or related fields
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
