Counselor

Responsibility

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to help students develop coping strategies and techniques.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as time management, study skills, and career development.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify areas where students need additional support.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress notes.
• Develop and implement programs to promote student well-being and success.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in counseling and education.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, teachers, and staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with educational technology and software applications.
