Job Description

Looking for a skilled Counselor to join our team in Siliguri, Kolkata, India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in counseling.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students on academic and personal matters.
Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to improve student outcomes.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and support students needing extra help.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in counseling.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student well-being.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in Education or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or a related field.
