As a Wellness Counselor (Sales) at Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd., your role involves understanding clients' wellness needs, providing suitable product or service recommendations, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective consultation and communication. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct consultations with clients to understand their health and wellness goals. - Recommend appropriate wellness programs, products, or services to meet client needs. - Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and personalized counseling. - Maintain and update client records in the CRM system. - Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Achieve individual and team sales targets. - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company products and sales strategies. Qualifications Required: - Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred). - Experience: 02 years in sales, counseling, or wellness industry (freshers can apply). As a part of the team at Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd., you will be undergoing 57 days of product and sales training which is mandatory. A performance evaluation will be conducted post-training before confirmation. In this role, you will need to possess: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales and negotiation abilities. - Good presentation and client-handling skills. - Ability to work under targets and maintain a positive attitude. The compensation for this position includes a competitive salary along with attractive incentives based on performance. This is a full-time job located in person.
