Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in South Delhi for the position of Counselor. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students regarding academic and career decisions, evaluating individual aspirations, conducting one-on-one or group sessions, and delivering personalized advice. Daily tasks will include maintaining student records, coordinating with other team members to organize sessions and events, and staying informed about educational opportunities to better assist students. Administrative and follow-up tasks related to students’ queries and feedback will also be part of the regular responsibilities.

• Ability to analyze student needs and offer tailored guidance
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple student cases
• Familiarity with educational trends and career options
• Proficiency in using technology and tools for guidance and record-keeping
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting individuals in achieving their goals
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
