Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective students.
• Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Achieve monthly enrolment targets and engagement KPIs.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead nurturing.
• Handle student queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Share student feedback and trends with the team.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in counselling/telesales.
• Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to guide and influence decisions with empathy.
• Team player with an independent work ethic.

Preferred:

• Experience in EdTech/student counselling.
• Understanding of digital counselling platforms.
• Skilled in managing multiple leads and follow-ups.
