Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Noida. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, assisting them in making informed decisions about their education and career paths. Day-to-day tasks include counseling students, assessing their needs and interests, providing personalized advice, and helping them set realistic goals. The Counselor will also coordinate with mentors and industry experts to provide the best possible training and feedback, ensuring students are well-prepared for the corporate world.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess and understand students' needs and interests
• Experience in providing personalized advice and guidance
• Familiarity with educational programs and corporate skills training
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in counseling or related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
