Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor based in Jodhpur. The Counselor will be responsible for advising students on law entrance exam preparation, assisting with the application process, and providing personalized support to ensure student success. Additional day-to-day tasks include conducting counseling sessions, organizing seminars, maintaining student records, and collaborating with faculty to monitor and support student progress.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and communication skills, including one-on-one and group sessions
• Experience in educational guidance and familiarity with law entrance exams
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in maintaining student records and handling administrative tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and students
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
